More from Elk Island

A few geese, they were on both sides of the road and had about 6 vehicles stopped to look at them. The babies are so cute!

A shower head to get the sand & lake off.

Canoe - in case you couldn't tell ;)

Just another shot while we were stopped.

Thanks for looking.

  1. I love the one of the shower head. The contrail behind the cloud is such a subtle diagonal compared to the upright shower and the horizon.

    1. Thanks Mary Anne, I was actually trying to get the contrail and was pleased with the shower head once I had a chance to look at it.

  4. The canoe photo is my favorite -- makes me want to get out alone on a lake somewhere and just drift for a while.

    1. Dianne, it does, they were very calm with all the vehicles there. I think that might have changed though if anyone had gotten out of the vehicles. Thanks, the light that day was wonderful.

    1. Why, thank you Jo. That means a lot to hear that from you. I was originally a bit disappointed that we were not going to be there for sunset, but then I saw the way the light was on the lake and was happy.
