Hello!

I figured it was time to make a blog for the photos I don't use on my other blog.

The two photos below are from a walk along the creek in April.

Please click to enlarge.

Any comments are appreciated.

Have a good day.

  2. The creek looks like the one that runs past my home in New York. But the rocky terrain does not. And growing up in the Northeast we refer to creeks as "cricks" but I'm not sure why. Ok, I'm a-rambling. Nice photos...

  3. Those are cool photos. (I want to follow that creek.) But the coolest thing is that they loaded completely, which doesn't happen often. (My flaky dial-up is getting flakier.)

  4. Love the B&W of the creek. Beautiful.

I get such a kick out of the Grumpy Gus on the hillside.

Best of luck with the new blog. I'll be back.

I love the reflections in the creek. Sometimes we see more when a photograph is in black and white.

  7. Thanks Sis.

David, creek, crick, I don't mind ;) glad you enjoyed.

Mary Anne in Kentucky, glad they loaded for you. That creek is miles and miles long and the trail follows and crosses it for a long time.

Thanks Leah. I thought I would show a different angle, but then I realised it is quite similar - oh well.

    Thanks G-man.

Kcinnova, thanks. Yes, I wasn't happy with it in colour and was amazed at the difference desaturating it made.
